Changes:

support getting element with css locators in GetWebelement, GetAttribute and VerifyAttribute
Support for changing verification operator in VerifyAttribute

These were requested for integration purposes, but could be useful elsewhere too.

This is still WIP as "not contains" was also requested. Will add it in a new commit.
