Doesn't align properly - every alignment is different (XCode 6.4) #66

It doesn't seem to align anything correctly. Example:

After XAlign: http://grab.by/JGIy

Am I doing something wrong ?

It only happens when using the "Midnight" fonts & Colors in XCode preferences.
