Hide logout button when logged out #318

Hello @timlinux ,

Did you mean "Hide login button when logged out"? Because this button redirects to the login page. The icon may be confusing. But I think it would be okay to hide it since we still have the LOGIN on the navigation bar. I've made a draft PR of this at #324 but I'm not sure about it.
