Feature request: support for generic version labels stable, ltr, latest for qgis URL parameter #448

Hi,

Is there a particular flag or notation for not writing QGIS versions in the xml URL of QGIS plugins?

For example, I'd like to get the list of plugins in the latest version, without writing 3.38. For example, something like : 

https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml?qgis=latest

We could also imagine :

https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml?qgis=ltr
https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml?qgis=stable
