QGIS 3.22 LTR missing Lidar support on Mac (no pdal) #149

The latest ltr QGIS 3.22 on mac is unable to open laz files. Upon inspection it seems PDAL dependency is missing. QGIS 3.24 works fine on the same machine.

PR 3.32.1 has the ability to open point clouds, but none of the new Lutra native point cloud stuff (spring 2023) is there. About QGIS lists: PDAL 2.3.0. :-(
