update python package "pillow"

Currently, the QGIS 3.16 macOS package wraps the python package pillow 7.2. This needs to be updated to 8.01. The old version is not compatible with the popular plugin MapTiler, but updating allows the plugin to run, as described here. It makes me wonder if this is causing other python-related issues, if other packages need updating, and if this is specific to the macOS package.
