fix python scipy paths #62

it uses /usr/local/opt/gcc/lib/gcc/9/libgfortran.5.dylib in the qgis-deps package

ideally should be fixed by compilation of gcc, or at least fixing the receipt https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Mac-Packager/tree/master/qgis_deps/recipes/python_scipy
