I have fixed some of the R scripts in the collection, so that they work with the new sf environment.
Including only those that are known to work in the "default" collection will be convenient for users, and hopefully cause less frustration.
Due to some technical reasons (and me being clumsy), I am pulling from my master branch (sorry). It would therefore be nice to get this merged soon.
