Update of R scripts to QGIS 3 #24

I have updated some more of the scripts from the QGIS 2 R scripts on-line collection so that they will run with QGIS 3 and the Processing R provider plugin (version 2). Working on #23.

I think it is reasonably safe to merge this. I have added a number of updated scripts to the rscripts collection. Very few updates to existing scripts. Many of the added scripts could use some polishing, but for now I have mostly focused on making sure they run in the QGIS 3 R environment. What do you say, @anitagraser, @elpaso, @ghtmtt?
