I am writing to you on behalf of eTelecom, an Internet Service Provider. We have received multiple reports from our clients indicating that they are unable to access the following qgis services:
qgis.org
plugins.qgis.org
docs.qgis.org
Upon investigation, we suspect that the issue may be related to the DDoS protection system, as these are not the only websites with Cloudflare protection that have become inaccessible recently. This seems to be causing significant disruptions for our users.
The network with which we are seeing the problem: 91.108.28.0/22
We kindly request you reviews the configurations and any potential blocks affecting these websites to restore access for our users. Ensuring that our clients can reliably access legitimate online resources is of utmost importance to us.
