Customization: Highlight unchecked items from the tree in QGIS interface #22957

When using the customization widget catcher on items in qgis interface, unchecked buttons are (kept) highlighted, which is very helpful to identify what are the buttons being "removed". It could be handy to also have widgets highlighted when they are unchecked from the widget tree in the customization dialog (and i think it will add more coherence and readability to the process).
