Refresh feature count on re-enabling show feature count #24558

When show feature count option is enabled in layer context menu feature counting happens only once. disabling and re-enabling this option happens fast, but shows cached feature count. If the data is being edited elsewhere (i.e. a layer from postgis db, edited by multiple users simultaneously), then disabling and re-enabling this option show old values. There is no way to recount features on demand. So it's not convenient at all.
