Digitizing using drawing tablet with dedicated Tablet toolbars #32371

Digitizing using mouse clicks is often headache when it comes to huge amount of work, If a dedicated tablet toolbar is available to control and convert the smooth graphics to shapefiles it would save quite a lot of time. I suggest this feature in qgis with configurable option for hotkeys in the tablet 1060_Featured

Out of curiosity and to understand, have you ever used a tablet on CAD/GIS tools before? Isn't mapping done via the tablet software?

Hi, I have used the tablet in Arcmap. It has a toolbar called 'Tablet' but it is not that effective for faster workflow. Attaching the toolbar screenshot here. I really like to explore the possibility of opensource software. I am having a Huion tablet same as in the screenshot above. Also attaching the UI of the Huion. Huion doesn't provide support for GIS work in their GUI.
