Oracle workspace support stopped working #36333

Oracle workspace support has stop working. The last know working version is 3.8.3 all versions since 3.10.0 do not use the Workspace configured in the connection details and default to use the 'LIVE' workspace.

By defaulting to the 'LIVE' workspace it means edits cannot be made to any features which are oracle workspace enabled as the default 'LIVE' workspace is locked.
