Expression editor to Text Annotations

Feature description. It would be great if it would be possible to read map variables through an expression editor to text annotations. This would allow a lot of flexibility for their use.

Additional context Currently text annotations which can be added to the map can only contain pure text. Having an expression editor there would be extremely useful for instance when making animations with the Temporal Controller. User could add the time frame to their annotations or other useful information that could be read directory from map/layer attributes.

Would it be a big effor to add an expression editor there?
