Remove PostgreSQL dump as input data source for ogr #38381

Problem

When trying to load a SQL dump you get the following error

NB We should disable input sources which are not valid. I suspect they could be a few like these.

Because the OGR pgdump driver is write only: https://gdal.org/drivers/vector/pgdump.html
