Describe the bug When the Georeferencer window is docked (snapped) to the border of the desktop it does not restore its position after minimizing QGS.

How to Reproduce

  1. Open the Georeferencer window.
  2. Dock the Georeferencer window.
  3. Minimize QGIS.
  4. Restore the minimized QGIS window. (The Georeferencer window will move to the same position as before docking).

This is still true on both QGIS 3.16.15 and 3.22.2. (Windows 10)
