when attribute table is docked as a panel, shortcut keys with ctrl key modifier like ctrl+e don't work. They work fine when the panel is undocked (still as a pane) once the maximize button at the top-right corner is pressed.
shortcut key to activate Vertex Tool does not work if its parent (Digitizing) toolbar is not visible. Shortcut keys to activate other tools on the toolbar, e.g. Add feature tool work fine even when their toolbar is invisible.
Zoom to layer keybinding does not work even if it is assigned a new keybinding.

I can no longer replicate any of the reported issues on QGIS 3.22.2. However, on QGIS 3.16.15, Shortcuts like"Ctrl+e" don't work when the attribute table is docked. I can still use the Shortcut keys for vertex tool and etc (even when the Digitizing toolbar is invisible), but only if the attribute table is undocked. @faridcher are you still having issues with this?

@Pedro-Murteira I could replicate both issues on 3.16.15

With the latest master (f344919474) I can reproduce only issues with "Zoom to Layer" and "Vertex Tool" actions.

all three are present in QGIS 3.28.11.
