Canvas decorations are not exported to Geospatial PDF

Problem

• Create map decoration with a scale bar, north arrow, title etc.
• Export the map to a normal PDF and all elements are visible.
• Export the map to Geospatial PDF and only the layer is visible

@NyakudyaA you probably want to copy the contents of the leftmost QGIS menu --> About QGIS!? For some reason, the About box on macOS is not in the Help menu.

I can't replicate this issue on QGIS 3.16.15 and 3.22.2 on WIndows 10. I'm not able to test this on macOS right now. @NyakudyaA are you still having this issue?

Still true on both Windows and macOS on 3.22
