Point cloud classification renderer: select all / select none #42116

It would be useful if there was an option to select all classes or deselect all classes at once, saving users time clicking checkboxes of ~20 classes.

Ideally both in layer styling panel and in layer tree.

This is available in the layer tree (right click > toggle items / show all items / hide all items), similar to the vector layers.
