Make available old releases in Debian/Ubuntu repos #42611

Describe the bug

QGIS-server 3.10 is not available on the ubuntu-ltr channel making it impossible to downgrade qgis-server

How to Reproduce

Install qgis-server 3.16 on Ubuntu 18.04 from https://qgis.org/ubuntu-ltr Realize one plugin does not work with this version try to downgrade by running apt-remove qgis-server && apt install qgis-server3.10 no 3.10 version is available

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error -->

QGIS and OS versions

qgis-server 3.16.5

@jfoucher why this is a bug? it is normal that on the Ubuntu repos a EOL version stops to be available. The new LTR is 3.16.

Sorry, you're right it's not really a bug but neither is it a feature request and I only had those two options. However I still think old versions should be easily accessible, and especially for longer than a few months after the next LTR release... Anyway would you happen to know where I could get a .deb of qgis-server 3.10?

@jfoucher make sense, but please raise the matter in the developers mailing list. In the meantime I change this to feature request.
