Inconsistencies in providers connection dialogs #43951

From the Data Source Manager dialog, pick a database or web service tab and create a new connection to that provider. The "XXX connection" dialog that opens is not consistent across the providers

  1. All the options are placed under a unique group in the dialog. Is it worth it? It's called "Connection information" (for PG, Oracle, Hana) and "Connection details" (for w*s, Geonode and vector tiles) pg_wms

  2. In XYZ Tiles dialog, there's the "Connection details" group but "Name" entry is out of that group image

  3. The "ArcGIS Rest connection" dialog has multiple top-level groups (though I'm not sure they are really qt groups -- they are not in bold), with a "Connection details" containing only "name" and "url" items image

  4. The referer entry is the unique child of a "HTTP" group in W*S dialog (see screenshot 1) and ArcGIS REST while there's no particular group for this item in Vector Tile, XYZ dialogs. a group shouldn't have a single item. image

Suggestion

  1. Remove the "Connection details/Information" group that encapsulates all the options
  2. Remove the HTTP group and keep the label as "Referer". Or HTTP Referer?

Nota: I did not address the IMHO ugliest one, the one that has almost nothing in common with the others, ie the MSSQL dialog. But it's probably the single one that deserves a "Connection details" group. I don't know that provider and have no idea how to handle all the features provided in a single dialog.
