SVG incomplete and blurred in forms #45167

What is the bug or the crash?

I want to display SVG files in a QGIS project.This works fine in the tooltip, but when querying with CTRL+Shift+I + click on the data point, the graphic looks incomplete and washed out.

Steps to reproduce the issue

open attached project correct path to "KRB16.svg" in layer bp STRG-Shift+I klick on point - bad picture hoover over point - good picture
