Multi Layer selection #45218

Feature description

Enable multi layer entity selection

It is actually possible to "unselect entities" from one or all layers, same logic could be inversed. Select from one / all layers.

This would ease selection/export features.

Just FYI, there are third-party plugins available that do multi-layer selection.

Proof of concept in multilayer select plugin seems to be quite thrilling 👍
