fail to 'delete file and remove layer' from browser. response is '2 files can not be deleted'
file is shape file
OS is windows
Steps to reproduce the issue
add a shapefile to the project
go to browser. Manage - delete file
Click 'delete file and remove layer'
delete fails - apparently due to windows 'file is in use', although this is not reported.
additional info - Files are stored in local Onedrive folder
