Native Elevation Profile - expose data table and enable data export functionality #49961

Feature description

The new, native elevation profile is extremely useful and offers several enhancements and extended functionality compared to the 3rd party plugins. There is however, an important feature missing - access to the data table and data export functionality. This is essential for creating custom graphs using external software/packages and is not met with the "graphic/image" export functions.

@nyalldawson How do you evaluate the required work to add this functionality ? Currently, it's the only missing functionality that prevent me from uninstalling the python plugin.
