What is the bug or the crash?

Auf meinem dtr301y (win10) ist ein u-blox gps Receiver verbaut. Diesen erkennt Qgis auch. Das Gerät lässt sich auch als serielles Gerät an COM 3 verbinden. Allerdings ist die Genauigkeit schlecht (ca. 6-10m Abweichung). Des Weiteren läuft der Cursor nur langsam bzw. verzögert nach. Auch die Karte zentriert sich nicht beim Verlassen der Ausdehnung. Ich arbeite mit der Version 3.22.10 Vielen Dank im Voraus
