When the system switches to Dark Mode while one is using the default UI theme, the text in the panels remains black, on a dark gray background, making it unreadable.
The issue does not persist when restarting QGIS.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Start with the System Settings in Light Mode. On a Mac Ventura: Go to System Settings > Appearanceand click Light.
Start QGIS using the default UI theme. If not already enabled, go to Preferences... > General > UI Theme and select default, then restart QGIS.
Switch System Settings to Dark Mode by going to System Settings > Appearanceand clicking Dark.
If the same steps are followed starting from Dark Mode and switching to Light Mode, the panel text in QGIS remains white on a white background, making it unreadable.
