Possiblilty to change the default unit of measurment for symbology #57759

Feature description

Hi everyone, thank you all for your amzing work.

The default unit of measurment is 'mm'. I would wish an option to change the default to f.ex. 'pt', so it isn't needed to change it at every place. An example of what I mean: grafik

If I have overlooked an already existing option, I apologize in advance.

Current Version which I use is 3.34.7
