Could you create a separate issue ?
Just checked, there already is an Issue open: https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/57880
Can you attach a sample project please?

What is the bug or the crash?
Hello Colleagues!
I want to create an elevation profile for a planned cable route and I want other lines/cables that intersect the route to be displayed in the profile. I have represented these with their parameters such as laying depth (range), diameter, and safety distance using a style (including geometry generator/buffer). (1st image)
The crossing features are displayed by:
However, when I export this section as a PNG, it distorts my created style. (2nd image) (Ignore the upper and lower Indicators here, they are supposed to be there and on the first image aswell, just overlapped by the diameter.)
And when I create the route using a report/atlas, it looks even more distorted, and the style I created is completely ignored (3rd image)
Is this an error/bug, or is the tool simply not that far developed yet?
