add pandas/geopandas to qgis base python librairies #58288

Feature description

It would be practical for a qgis installation to include the shapely/pyogrio/pandas/geopandas/resterio python libraries, even if qgis doesn't use them directly.

All of these are available on OSGeo4W Installer through "Advanced Install". Why don't you tell your IT team to include all additional tools you need inside company?

Which platform? How did you install? Usually this already is included/available.

Mainly for Windows, in case you are not the master of your installation. To quote my IT department, "it's a proprietary msi, we can't change it". And they can't be the only ones like that. It's not for "me at home" where I can put my qgis mamba
