Dialogs quality problems and consistency: clean strings, title and tooltips

Throughout QGIS, dialogs have quality problems. It would be nice if someone could check all dialogs for the following problems:

• [ ] dialogs which violate conventions:

  • [ ] use of ":" at the end of strings
  • [ ] bad tab order
  • [ ] group boxes with just one widget

• [ ] bad/inconsistent capitalisation in strings, dialog titles, and tooltips

• [ ] widgets without tooltips (or non helpful tooltips)

Some rules available at http://qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/qgisdevelopersguide/hig.html Maybe they would need to be completed (not forget tab order, tooltip...)
