Status of "What's this?" button #34

In Help menu, there's a "What's this" button. But I couldn't find any menu nor tool that I could question with it. Not sure this parameter is set, hence is it worth keeping this tool?

Kill it! I had a look a while back and I think only some of the core c++ plugins make use of this. I say it's of zero value and should go.

For reference - Qt 5.10 introduces a style hint which will allow us to hide the button from all dialogs automatically.
