Inconsistent reshaping of the color selector dalog (due to color picker?) #38

When the color picker widget is active it reshapes the dialog inconsistently:

from the gradient color selector dialog: note the needless space at the bottom of the sample color frame and the resize of the color previewer
from the layer styling dialog: a lot of blank space --> you need to use the scrolling bar though it could be avoided
from the layer properties dialog, things seem a bit consistent within the different tabs, despite the blank spacing in color picker frame.

From a general point of view, I think that the size of the widgets below should be fixed and never expand, wherever they are used:
