"No labels" dialog should be less crowded #6

Using the "No symbols" symbology, the dialog displays "No symbols will be rendered for features in this layer". But the "No labels" labeling option still shows all (greyed though) the labeling options. It could be nice to only show "No labels will be rendered for features in this layer".

Note that there's an issue report at http://hub.qgis.org/issues/15902 regarding the UI of the "no labels" option

seems to have been partially fixed (a blank page). No text displayed but still better than the crowded dialog
