Remove all png icons #51

Well, ideally we'll have svg replacements for all icons and can remove the png versions. Otherwise we should at least remove the png duplicate icons for those which have been vectorised.

This is technically a compatibility break because plugins may be relying on those icons.

I would vote for a small reorganization of the files and renaming maybe

Are PNG icons still left? Where?

@pcav i think you'll find many of them at https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/tree/master/images/themes/default

I see, thanks. Many have the svg equivalent however.

equivalent in the naming. Because, actually, most of the png (at least in this folder) are elder versions of the icons and do not look like the svg which is currently used in the application.
