rename QgsExternalResourceWidget to QgsAttachment #76

QgsExternalResourceWidget is known as attachment in QGIS GUI. I would be in favor of renaming the class to make it coherent.

That means renaming the custom widget too.

Any objection? ping @m-kuhn
