Scale dependent legend in MapLegend plugin does not work #506

While filtering the legend entries by layer visibility and bbox works correctly, clicking the button for filtering by scale does not have any effect. I have tested it with a fresh cloned qwc2-demo-app and the qwc2 1a92439.
