Capital case tags keyword not recognized #115

Links and nodes tags in the [TAGS] section are not recognized when the keyword LINK or NODE is not uppercase: ; This one is OK LINK MY-LINK MY-TAG ; This one is repaorted as an error Link MY-LINK MY-TAG

Thanks Jarrige for reporting this bug.

We have already corrected it and it will be solved in the next version 0.17 of QGISRed
