Rules are not imported #116

When importing an .inp file containing 14 rules, none are imported. (remove faxe .txt extension in attached file) Crap3.inp.txt

In the new version 0.17 of QGISRed we have reviewed the import of the control rules, and those in the example you have attached are already imported correctly.

We hope to release the new version soon.
