Changing default encoding of generated layers #44

Hello! It would be great if there was a way to change default encoding for generated layers to UTF-8 (or provide option to set as needed, e. g. windows-1251). Currently I set encoding manually to enable local names in description field, but it revers back to ISO-8859-1 whenever I make edits in network.

Hi @alexlipovka,

Thanks for your comment! I detected this problem but at the moment, the library (Shapelib) that we use to export into shapefiles does not allow to encode the data.

I will keep open this issue to do not forguet and try to fix it.
