"Please feel free to use it to make your own Morgan, but do not sell it, or a system based on it on sites like kickstarter without my permission."
That conflicts with the stated license, GPLv2. You may be better suited with one of the CC NonCommercial licenses.

Nope, just looking at building a Morgan, but can't justify building something with a questionable license.
I will change the line in which I ask not to crowdsource it without asking me. More of a wish than a directive anyway... Being in South Africa I am not allowed to use kickstarter, even though we have good intentions and a education centered project. Will change it tonight.
I never said you could not sell what you build...
Just wondering, if I would not change it, what would have been the concern against building one?
So... May the building commence! And, I would love to see photo's of your bot when done...
Cheers, Quentin Sent via my BlackBerry

I wouldn't have any huge concerns if you didn't change it; I just try to take licenses seriously and follow them accordingly. I misunderstood what you said as well - I thought you meant one couldn't sell a Morgan either.
A relative is considering building a Morgan; if his build goes well, I may follow suit. We'll see! Either way, thanks for listening and best of luck with your design.
Removed the request.
