Use this instead: home-manager.users.huy_ngq.nixpkgs.config.allowUnfree = true;

Use this instead: home-manager.users.huy_ngq.nixpkgs.config.allowUnfree = true;

this works for nix-darwin even if you're using home-manager pkgs.
