Some menu's options saying "NULL" #3

so when I try to buy a car and get in customization, almost everything is "NULL". the colors options, the Q and E hotkey descriptions, many things say "NULL".

Even the camera is messed up after you use it once and get back to trade again. It's like the camera is under the map.
