How can I get CustomHelper, BasicDecoder class and dynamic_decode function? #1

In the main.py, there is no CustomHelper and BasicDecoder class and dynamic_decode funtion

Where can I get these classes and the function?

Besides, I can not find the file named "dims.txt"
