os.waitpid not implemented in Python glibc #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to 
http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/naclports/builds/pepper_40/trunk-154-gea
cd680/publish/python/glibc/index.html
2. Enter "import os"
3. Enter "os.waitpid"

What is the expected output?
"<built-in function waitpid>"

What do you see instead?
"AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'waitpid'"

What version of the product are you using?
naclports trunk-154-geacd680, Pepper 40, Chrome 39 (64-bit)

On what operating system?
Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue does *not* occur on either the newlib or pnacl implementation 
(http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/naclports/builds/pepper_40/trunk-154-ge
acd680/publish/python/newlib/index.html and 
http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/naclports/builds/pepper_40/trunk-154-gea
