We can now change the TTS engine and language, however it is not possible to
change the speed, pitch and volume which would be handy.
Also, as a bonus, it would be great if the"say" command could go along with
some parameters so that the text entered could be spoken through a selected TTS
engine in a selected Language, at the selected speed etc.
