With this PR I add a new tutorial, corresponding to the anomaly detection algorithm purposed by Simone.

I agree. Moreover, the anomaly detection code will be soon approved in qibo, so we can merge this as is (it is also an example of "how to contribute", because I didn't change anything and simply added @Simone-Bordoni's file).
