Jupyterlite: simple option to run tutorials

In this way should be possible to run tutorials directly in the browser, with Python running on the client instance (so a perfectly static website). The magic is done by Pyodide.

It is still rather rough, and not an official project. What I'm suggesting is to track its development, since it might be an ideal match.
