Compiling without results #52

This PR is essentially #34 without results and after merging main. The aim of this PR is just to ease the review process.

As a general comment, if you agree @marekgluza I'm planning to go over the code and to remove all the things that are currently not used. For additional features we can always count on the PR in qibo.
